Overview

With “Navigation-macros for Confluence” you gain access to the Card-Navigation and List-Navigation macros (see examples below). Both macros show a preview for all direct child-pages showing the header-image and a short preview of the title and content.

You can choose between Card-navigation and List-navigation.

A placeholder is shown if If no header image is set in the child page

FAQ

I do not see any images. Why?

The navigation-macro picks up header-images from the direct child-pages. You need to set header-images on the child-pages to show up.

Let’s have a quick walkthrough to get you started.

Enter edit-mode of a child-page and add a header-image like shown below.

Enter the page using the “Visit” button.

Set the header image of the page using the standard Confluence mechanisms.

Preview the resulting header image.

Navigate back to the parent page where the navigation-macro is located. The image will show up in the navigation-macro. Enjoy!

How to install the navigation-macro?

Type /nav to find the navigation macro.

Make sure header images are set in child-pages!
